【Release postponement】The specification changes of the email sending from overseas

Thank you for continued use of our services.

As follows, we planned to change the specifications for sending e-mail on Tuesday, November 12, 2019,
but we have stopped the release work because a malfunction during the process has been confirmed.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
We will inform you about the schedule of the re-release again.

We would like to inform you about the specification changes of the email sending.
There will be restrictions on sending email (using our SMTP server) from overseas.
That won't affect the received email, use in Japan, and using other ISP mail.
We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.

To workaround the problem, do one of the following:

- Permission of sending from overseas
You can set it on our user website "My page"
If you use send an email(using our SMTP server) by any mailer
from overseas, you must do this.
Login Mypage
ID and password are required to log in

* The settings page is available from November 12, 2019
* This site is presented only in Japanese.
* It takes a week for the changed settings to take effect.

- Using web mail
Web mail will not get those limits.
