弊社では設備のメンテナンス作業に伴い、下記の通りサービスを一時休止させていただきます。
お客さまにはご不便をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございません。

| 対象サービス詳細 | イッツコムひかり回線で、以下のサービスをご利用のお客さま ・インターネットサービス （イッツコムひかり ホームタイプ、マンションタイプ） ・ケーブルプラス電話 ・みるプラス （イッツコム回線をご利用の方） ・イッツコム テレビ・プッシュ （イッツコム回線をご利用の方） ※サービス復旧時の手順について メンテナンスが完了した時点で、順次サービスを再開いたします。 終了予定時刻を過ぎてもインターネットに接続できない場合は、 お手数ですが以下の作業をおためしください。 ・モデムのリセット ・ルーターなどの通信機器のリセット ・パソコンの再起動やIPアドレスの再取得 くわしい復旧手順は、こちらのURLでご確認ください。 https://www.itscom.co.jp/support/userpage/thunder/service_recovery.html |
